报告人1：Dr. Ali Abas Wani is a Professor at the University of Applied Sciences, Germany. He holds a MSc degree from the Guru Jambheshwar University and a Ph.D degree from the Guru Nanak Dev University in Food Technology. He was also the Principal Scientist on Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering & Packaging IVV, the Founder of the international journal“Food Packaging & Shelf Life” (IF: 8.749) and one of the Editorial Board Members in Food & Nutrition Sciences. He has 77 Peer-Reviewed Publications (Published, Accepted and In-Press) and 6 projects, and 25 H-Index (Scopus). His Research Interests focus on Food Packaging, Food Processing Waste utilization, Food Processing Waste utilization, etc.
报告人2：欧阳爱国，华东交通大学机电与车辆工程学院教授，硕士生导师，长期致力于农产品品质与安全光机电一体化技术基础理论和应用研究，研发了我国首台完全自主知识产权的水果光电分选装备，实现了我国高档果品内外品质分选装备从无到有的突破，替代进口，在我国水果主产区推广应用，产生了显著的经济和社会效益。主持国家重点研发计划重点专项项目直隶课题“移动式农产品自动分级包装仓储智能调控技术装备研发与示范”（经费390万）1项，完成国家自然科学基金面上项目《单滚筒免拆卸汽车发动机输出功率快速测量方法研究》（51265015，50万元）1项，江西省重点研发计划，《音圈绕线设备研发》（100万元）1项。发表SCI、EI收录论文30余篇，获省科技进步一等奖，江西省技术发明二等奖，等省部级奖励3项。授权发明专利30余项，软件著作权10余项。
